If you feel that life has become a struggle and you are not enjoying it as much as you could , this is the right time for change. Therapy can help you to live your life without excessive anxiety, negative thinking and with respect to self and others.

Along with the traditional therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Mindfulness we will use modern technology to track the progress of your therapy and monitor the changes. Through a meaningful and genuine relationship along with psycho-education you will learn to manage the negative symptoms.
