 Consultation

Depending on the problem you may need only one consultation session. Sometimes we are confused and not sure what to do next. You may benefit from basic psycho - education and information related to the issue. 50 minutes maybe just enough.

Therapy

When the similar problems, moods, negative thoughts keep reappearing or you tend to make similar mistakes over and over again you may need to commit to the therapy. You will learn how to manage the issue and change the behaviour. You will also analyse parts of your past  that may be relevant to the problem. There are two types of therapy: Long and Short Term. The length depends on the issue and your commitment. You will be ask to practise the learned methods outside of sessions.

Skype Therapy

Modern technology makes it possible to communicate easily despite the location. As an online therapist,     I have noticed a high increase in the number of clients who prefer to have therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes rather than driving to a therapist’s office.

I have an experience working through Skype with clients from different countries. Positive outcomes confirm that Skype is as successful as face to face therapy.

Sex Therapy

Sex Therapy is a specialised form of Psychotherapy which aims to help couples and individuals who are experiencing problems with their sexual functioning. Sexual dysfunctions prevent or reduce an individual's enjoyment of normal sex and prevent or reduce the normal physiological changes brought on normally by sexual arousal.
